I have a customer that their WC 5335 displays system error has occcurred turn main switch off then on. If it reoccurs contact system administrator. They have done this and it does not reset. How can I find out what has gone wrong?

I've replaced the tone cartridge and drum but the problem illustrated by this photo still persists. What other part needs to be replaced to correct this copying problem.
How to turn off "Folder Report"
i have a site I support that uses secure fax. All the faxes come into a folder on the copier. Their workflow is that at specific times of the day designated users retreive the faxes and deal with them. Every single time they receive a fax they get a page printed out on the printer that says

Folder Report
A file has been stored in the folder
Folder Number 20
Folder Name blah
Please pass this Folder Report to the owner above.
Follow the procedures below to print files from folders.
1. Press Services Home button on the control panel.
2. Select Send from Folder on the Services Home screen.
3. Select the Folder stated above.
4. Select file to be printed, then select Print.
5. Check the file settings, then select Print.
Can someone for the love of god tell me where this setting is to turn off this report. Every single thing I was able to find for reports is set to "Errors Only". The department is literally throwing stacks of these reports away everyday.

WorkCentre 6515 - error 018-755
We are frequently getting the above error when trying to scan accross our network. We used to send to sharedd folders that were open to all, without credentials-then we started getting send errors. We started using credentials, this worked for a while. Now we are getting the above error again. I tried to using port 445 and set up the user name to incldue the Workgroup, but this changes nothing. I tired the Patch to fix MS Spring Creators Update-no effect.
8700 Scans are blurry and bold
8700 Scans are blurry and bold. I can scan and copy a doc and the copy is perfect. I scan to Centreware or USB Thumbdrive and the PDFs are bold and fuzzy. Firmware is current. Just replaced the Scanner/ADF assy with no change. Any ideas?
The samples below are the Config page i used as an Origional, the Copy made from that Origional, and two scans, 200 and 600 dpi. Thumbdrive looks just like the 200 dpi Scan.

Scanning communication error
Just received new WorkCentre 6515. This installation should not be this complicated! The printer is connected to my wireless internet. I followed directions and set up a scan folder on my pc and made it sharable. Every time I try to set up scanning, I get a message about a communication error. Is there a simple way to make this scan to my laptop?
WC 5024 error 005-913 - wrong DADF sensor?

I coppied couple of papers and suddenly it stopped working and error 005-913 showed. Description of this error is: "CVT Invert Sensor Static JAM RAP Paper remains on the DADF Invert Sensor."
But there is no stuck paper. I opened the cover, cleaned everything (i think), but i keep getting this error.
Where exactly is the sensor? Or how can I reset the error?

Cannot Scan from WorkCentre 3215/3225 - Out of Memory
Running Windows 10 x64 (build 1803), when using the "Quick Scan" button in Xerox Easy Document Creator, the loading bar will get to between 15% - 35%, and then give the user this message:
"The current processing has failed, probably, due to lack of memory or disk space in your system or due to problems and the device side. Output images have not been saved."
This is a WorkCentre 3225, connected to the network via Wi-Fi, and the PC is hard wired.
I've tried:
- Restarting the device
- Restarting the PC
- Updating the PC
- Running the win10_rs4_patch_220618 (so please don't link that post)
- Reinstalling EDC
- Reinstalling the printer through Xerox Easy Printer Manager
I haven't tried:
- Upgrading the PC to 1903
- Factory resetting the 3225
- Going "Office Space" on it, as my co-workers suggested
This is a brand new PC, with 8GB RAM and an i5, 256GB SSD, and about 130GB free, so memory and storage capacity are not issues here.
Really at a loss here, not sure how to move forward.
Xerox Workcentre 6015 NI doesn't scan to PC - it was working fine
My Xerox workcenter 6015NI was scanning fine up until this morning and the scan is failing with "Login failed"
error. I have not made any changes to the login/password and I have tried re-booting my machine,changing the password etc..

I can print but cant scanning

when im using win7 64, i can print and scanning. Now im upgrading to win10 64, i can only printing, no scanning. the printer is FujiXerox Docucenter-IV 5070.
my printer is connected through local area network at my workplace, so many people can connect to it for printing and scanning. so the problem is they using with no problem (all my coworker using win7) for printing and scanning except me (using win10 as mention before).
im trying using the function 'Browse' in the printer system, it can connect to other people pc file shared, but as for me it says 'connection failed'. Im using other pc to get in my pc using network, it can connect. but not the printer. but i can use the printer for printing only.
Im disable firewall, antivirus, windows defender, changing my network to my workplace..still no available. I wonder if Windows10 have something that i missing to disable for the printer to connect to my pc

Connection issues
We just set up this printer in our office, and are able to sucessfully print from all 3 connected computers; however, we cannot get it to connect to either computer to scan.
In the settings it says the connection to the WiFi is good and connected. Each computer shows the printer online and connected. Each computer can print any document with the printer, but when I try to connect to the IP address of the printer it is unable to connect. When I try to set up a connection to scan documents to the desktop, the printer has a connection error.
Nothing I've tried seems to work. I'm wondering if I'm missing a step somewhere. And, yes, all devices are connected to the same WiFi network.
WorkCentre 7120 - High Sierra error 027-516

has anyone made SMB scan work with High Sierra 10.13.6 and a WorkCentre 7120 (71.24.23)?
I always got error 027-516. Here's what I've done and checked so far:
- Date/time
- DNS
- Via Terminal, typed command sudo /usr/libexec/configureLocalKDC
- Used IP address of destination computer instead of host name
- Checked that File Sharing is on and that Share files and folders using SMB and Windows Files Sharing are both checked.
What else I can do to make it work as FTP is not anymore available?

I accidentally renamed (in greek letters) a scanned file in the DOCS tab, clicked SAVE and then got this message " The MyDocs Service is down "!
After that I couldn't get in the DOCS tab, on any browser, on either of my PCs!
I can navigate on the other four tabs!
Please tell me what to do!!!

It only shows TLS which makes it unclear if this is just 1.0 or if its 1.2.

WorkCentre 6655 Scanner Error
We have a 6655 that is throwing Scanner Error
CWIS shows status code 14-517-00
UI shows fault code 362.386.00
After rebooting the machine will Copy, and Scan (email, network etc) but as soon as they try to fax the error returns immediately.
Any suggestions? Due to the behavior im thinking software issue but dont want to take the printer down completely unless necessary
Error 061-320 workcentre 7120 after cleaning

I had this situation.While cleaning the printer from the toner, a cloud of this toner itself rose.And after that the printer gives an error message 320-061.the drums changed, the engine turns 5 seconds and an error appears.Can you tell which sensor is clogged or something else?
