Forward Incoming Faxes to Email
Hello,
I am trying to setup fax forwarding for incoming emails on a Versalink B7035 but I can't find the option to do so. I looked up a manual for the device here: https://securitydocs.business.xerox.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/B7025_SG_K11_0308.pdf and on page 24 it refers to an option for fax forwarding but I can't find that anywhere. There are options for SMTP and scan to email works, but I can't find anything for fax forwarding of any kind. Thanks in advance.

Windows 10 will not fax and just prints the fax
Windows 10 machine can print no problems. When Fax is selected, Windows 10 just prints the document instead of fax. MacBook on the other hands works like a champ. I'm completely stumped at this point. Where can I start.

Issue with "Scan to" on Xerox WorkCentre 3335
I can't "Scan to" my Mac from Xerox WorkCentre 3335. However, I can "Scan to" my Windows 10 PC.
I get no clear error message, but "Task completed with errors". I think Xerox software could provide more details on what exactly fails.
I set up a shared folder and I am able to access it from another Mac machine and can read/write.
All Xerox drivers are up to date.
I've been trying all the available options that I managed to google.
For example Setup SMB Scanning to MAC or this Xerox Scan to Folder MacOS X

B205 Scan using Ubuntu Simple Scan application
I am trying to setup B205 MFD on my Ubuntu Laptop, for scanning. I installed drivers from DVD shipped with the driver. However the SimpleScan application is not detecting the scanner at all.
How can I setup and successfully use the scanner with Ubuntu Simple Scan app.

Image displacement Faded Print
On my printer there's like a 50% chance when printing color, or b/w that the top the page will have a faded print and have a displaced, even more faded stamp like mirror of what is to the right of it on the page across it. I'm not sure how to post pictures on here, but I have examples.

Network Scanning to NextCloud (WebDAV)
Using CyberDuck (https://cyberduck.io/) files can be uploaded (or downloaded) from a NextCloud endpoint via WebDAV.
Upon enabling WebDAV under Port Settings, a Network Scanning Repository is then created with the same WebDAV details on a DocuCentre C2260, C2263 and C2265.
Yet, upon doing a Network Scan, the job is reported as completed successfully, although no files is created at the destination. ( It's as unbelievable as it sounds. )
Though the File Path is case sensitive, either of the following will result in a sucessfull scan, yet simply does not create the file at the endpoint:
/remote.php/webdav/scans
or
/remote.php/dav/files/john/scans
** Noted that that the "scans" folder was first created within NextCloud under the particular user **

Getting Scan To: Network setup
Is there a writeup on getting the Scan To: Network feature setup on the VersaLink's? It seems like what it's supposed to do is browse the local network for SMB shares and allow you to scan to those shares and subfolders below the share. I can't find documentation on how to configure any of this though and when I select that option the screen thinks about it for a few seconds before displaying "Unexpected Communications error. Cannot browse at this time. Check the network connection".

Scanning Booklets
I am needing to scan booklets with approxiatley 150 pages that are double sided. Can you do this on this machine and if so how do you do this.
I will have about 10 booklets to do.

062-380 error
Hello All
I purchased this machine in January from a third party seller and came home to find that the device was blinking red yesterday with this error code:
"Fault or Error 062-380"
the machine seems to print just fine however it will not go into power saving mode and will not copy/scan.
i have barely used the printer (167 impressions), let alone even had the chance to run any major scans.
my questions:
How does this happen? i have scanners over 10 years old that still scan perfectly.
Can Xerox fix it?
What is OSS4 - ON-SITE COVERAGE and would it apply to this? the warranty lookup says im covered till 2023.
Is there a way to fix this myself?
if it can't be fixed can the error be turned off so i retain my power saving mode?
any helps appreciated thanks in advance.

Trying to setup the file destination fot AltaLink® C8045. I have the share, path and user setup but still fails.
Windows server 2016, I've checked everything I can think of.

ADF jam
I've got a Xerox Versalink C405. Amongst the need for constant restarts, now the automatic document feed (ADF) is jamming constantly when feeding more than 5 or so pages. The machine is out of warranty, but has had little usage. Cleaning the rollers hasn't helped. Any suggestions?

Scanning Multiple Pages with Versalink
We just leased the Versalink 605 Multi-Function unit. When I go scan to email; I can send one page, but when emailing several pages (5-10) it doesn't email. Is there a setting I can change that would allow the larger email size?

Scanning problem?
I am trying to scan on my Xerox 3335 from my PC using the Xerox Print Experience App. When I start the scan the printer fires into life and takes the document from the sheet feeder but the scan does not appear at my computer and the app displays the massage "Unable to connect to device"
What am I missing?

problem with manual dual scanning
Hello,
Since 3 days now i have a problem with the manual scanning.
When doing dual scanning, all the upper sides are OK but all of the backsides are stamped with a large bar half grey and half black on their left sides.
I have cleaned all of what can be done but this isn't a printing or inking problem. It is something like a real image covering nearly 5 cms of the whole left side of each backside.
This printer is from 2017 and all cartridges are new.

"Job failed because file name is invalid"
I checked the officeial guide and read many tickets concerning the same issue, no luck, I am unable to make it work.
The share on the PC works, the share user was configured, the PC is accessable from the LAN where the 3635 is located.

Different Settings to Scan
I use the scanner for two different purposes. One time I have to convert lots of photographs into JPG, another time I have to convert lots of text pages into PDF. The default setting in the scanner is scan to PDF. Is there a way to create a second default setting for scan to JPG - either by installing a second app, or by using a different setting every time a certain addressee is selected? In other words: I am looking for easy switching of different settings.
