We currently have installed 2 Xerox Workcentre 5335 Copiers with the Fax module built in. I have been tasked to find out how to set up a share printer that will only Fax. This way out buisness can just select the shared printer to fax only. I cannot find any documenttation if this is possible. We can select the fax option from printer properties from the driver, but it would be ideal just to be able to select a printer and go. Any help would be great!

WC 7845
WC 7845 is dropping off line, like it is going to sleep, and we can’t send out emails.
When we scan to folder, it hangs until I log in as administrator then it scans.
ANy suggestion on why?

WC6027 FAX FORWARD TO EMAIL
Hi,
Is there any other option to add multiple email address to fax forward to email option.
I tried separating email addresses with semi-colon(;) and I get the following error "Unable to apply settings.Please check the settings for following items.Forwarding E-mail Address

Workcentre 5335 Mixed originals default
I am trying to change the defaults to mixed size originals when scanning. I have been able to change both Copy and Email services to Mixed Originals but I have not been able to make the change to Workflow. I can go in to Workflow and use the options there to set Mixed but I have to do this for each job. If you could please walk me through setting the defaults I would appreciate it.

Xerox Workcenter 5855 scanner issue
This network printer pulls paper just fine while photocopying, but when I try to scan, the scanner light does not come on and the paper never gets pulled. Same thing from the glass. The only thing I see is the envelope icon and the status bar to the right of it which keeps going. Nothing else happens.

SMB Scanning to a Mac on a Xerox 5330
Greetings,
We are currently attempting to set up scan-to-SMB on a Mac with a Xerox WC 5330. We have gone through the normal process of scan-to-SMB for the Mac; however, we cannot seem to make the perfect connection. The WC 5330 is at the 53.30.11 Gen Rel; we have discussed updating the FW, although, there is nothing specific pertainin to Mac in the SPAR notes.
We have begun troubleshooting here at the office and are coming up with the same problem with our WC 5330 with the second-to-latest FW; we are running Sierra on a Mac device.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?

WorkCentre 5945 scan to pdf document is shifted
Hello,
When we scan a document as a PDF file - it seems the PDF is some how getting created incorrectly.
When the PDF is sent to the printer that was created with the WC5945 it has letters missing and/or moved randomly over the page. While the rest of the page seems to shift off the left side of the page. When viewing the PDF in Adobe - it looks fine on the screen.
We scanned the same document using another scanner (HP) and when we print that document - it prints just fine. Also I should mentin when we send the PDF scanned by the Xerox - it shows the size to be over 9MB when the file is only 116k.
Are there any known settings we could look at when the PDF is actually created when scanned in?

"verify the mailbox name and password"
Hi everyone,
Our shop is having a slight problem with accessing our scanned documents and images using the Fiery Scan 5 software, although we have used the Fiery Scan 5 software for years and had no problems until recently.
Basically, our Docucolor 242 died about 2 weeks ago for no reason at all, then all of a sudden revived itself out of no where after about 15/20 minutes! However, now, although we can do more or less everything we used to be able to do with it, (i.e. print/ copy/ scan) we can not access our scanned files via Fiery Scan 5 anymore! It recognises our Doculor and connects to it no problem, but we can no longer log in to our guest username. Fiery Scan 5 brings up a message saying "Can't open mailbox "guest". Please verify the mailbox name and password." (preview below) although we haven't touched or altered any settings.
We have tried reconnecting numourous times, rebooting the server, we've even tried accessing the i.p address and seeing if anything has changed on there.
We have searched and searched all over Google on how to "verify the mailbox and username" but there's no information anywhere that can help us. We have contaced Xerox and they can not help us over the phone and suggested sending an engineer out to us but at a price...
Please can ANYONE help us access our scanned documents and images again, or are we going to have to take the loss of needing to call an engineer out to resolve our issue!?

scan multiple pages into one email document workcentre
I am currently using a workcentre 3220 for scanning. I most often scan documents which are 5-20 pages. Currently, when it scans to my email it will do 3 pages to each email instead of the full document. This results in 8-12 emails for one document. How do i change the settings to have it scan all in one?

Error setting scan to email using yahoo account
Hi. We have two devices: a colorqube 9393 and 3655i.
Also, we have a yahoo business account to use the scan to email services. In the Colorqube 9303 works fine, but in the 3655i, the same parameters are not working.
Is there any special configuration with the 3655i?

WC 7855i annotation
customer is having an issue with annotations. Adding page numbers to a scan batch but it won’t let them scan all pages at once. It forces them to hit the green PRINT button after each sheet scans.also just puts same numbers on the sheet?

016-722 Error when scanning to email on an ApeosPort-IV C3370
Hi,
Our ApeosPort-IV C3370 has started failing to scan to email with a confusing set of error codes.
Originally it presented an error message that the IPv6 link local address was already in use. I fixed this by disabling dual stack and using IPv4, as we're still an IPv6-free environment.
The printer then displayed error code 016-450 - "[Cause] The SMB host name already exists". I've verified the host name is set correctly in the admin panel, it's getting assigned the correct IP, and we can print successfully despite the error.
Scanning to email fails with error code 016-722. The manual says this code is for "The staple position specified is not supported", but the scan report says "Completed with an Error (016-722): DNS server un-sets up in SMTP". I've verified SMTP settings are correct.
I've run out of ideas for debugging, as far as I can see everything is configured correctly. The only change made to our network recently was patching a few more ports, DNS, mail etc have not changed.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Can a cac reader be used with the 6027?
I use enterprise email so I have to use a cac card to send email.
I would like to use the scan and email function on my 6027 but I all I see is imap and pop 3. My google searching does not confirm or deny if the 6027 can support this but the newest document I could find was from 2015.

Xerox WorkCentre 3335 stopped working with TWAIN

Recently I was unable to use the scanner. I'm using TWAIN driver. Scanner is scaning but computer get a message "TWAIN-driver transmit uncorrect image".
OS is Windows 7 and 3335 works in network.
TWAIN_32 Twacker get a message:
Reinstalling drivers doesn't solve the problem.

Scan to computer USB not working Workcentre 6025

I recently bought a Workcentre 6025 but somehow scanning to my computer isn't working. Everytime i try I get a timeout error (017-988). The printer is connected via USB and i'm using Windows 10. I also have Express Scan Manager installed.

Cleaning / Greasing scan bed for Xerox 7545
Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this. The Xerox scanbed stutters physically as it goes from left to right (as it scans), It produces a jittery scan that is somewhat usable, but not the quality expected from a high-end scanner.
I have tried removing the glass platen, but cannot see any touch points that may require greasing or even potentially replacing.
Can anyone help with methods of troubleshooting or provide guidance to this? Thank you in advance.
