Want to ask help for this machine. Good printing quality from PC to printer
Not as good when scanning or copying. The output is dull and not as crisps as it used to be. we have already replace the CCD lens assembly but same issue. Did anybody face the same problem before? thanks

Is it possible to forward a fax transmission report to an email address? So that each time somebody sends a fax, the report does not print out but rather is forwarded to an email to report successful/failed transmission

card reader
HI,
we use 5955 WC in VA hospital. they use PIV card in order to login. but the card reader takes up to 30 s to let the user in after they put the passcode.
what it could be ? why takes up to 30s ??
we check the network with it team , no issue with it .

Xerox 3550 network printing problem
Hello team, I have 7 Xerox 3550. All xerox machines are connected using network cable and have the IP reserved. They do not print. I send ping command and they respond. I tried to access the web interface but don't respond.In control panel the printers appears offline, also the network scan show the printers disconnected. The printers are in different locations of the network. In configuration page the Ip, DNS and Gateway appears configured. Using the usb cable the printers work. Where is the problem?

Internal Fax Workcentre 6655
Hi all
I got a Workcentre 6655 - but the fax is not active - If I find the fax task in the display on the printer - It's not active (to push) If I check the settings (on the website) I don't have a "fax" option in the jobtask list....
There is no possibility to setup any settings for the internal fax.
Incoming calls ring at the device but there is no way to receive faxes.
What can I do to fix this?

i have xeroc wc 5755 printer recently i have xerographic fault and then i changed 4b unit ( blue handle) then also i have that problem some local meachine repir man says you have some power problem (voltage ) then i installed a stabilizer but still now i have this issue what to do ? please help me to slove this issue on my xerox workcenter 5755

Xerox Workcentre 5865 PDF File Size Issues
I have a client that is having periodic scanning issues. They scan to a Network Folder, Black & White, 300x300 dpi. They randomly have issues where the file size will be huge. Scanning a document that is 70 pages and it is a 36,900KB PDF. Then they will scan a 400 page document, without changing any settings, and the document will be like 11,000KB. The issue the occurs is the file size is to large to send through email. Is there something that I can change to get them to stop having periodic issues. For the most part they dont have any issues, just sometimes they get a huge PDF.

Xerox WorkCentrePro
I am web managing it at the moment, I am getting an error saying it could not connect to the WebCentre server and to verify my login / pass is correct. Thats when I set it to use SMB. When I set it to use FTP. It says it cant find the file repository to put the file in. However I can enter the path to the respository from a laptop and it works just fine.
Under the file repository settings:
Name: Scanner
Protocols: SMB
Server Name: Rosanne-PC (this is where i want it to deposit)
Port 139
Shared name: Scanner
Remote Path: \\Rosanne-PC\Scanner (192.168.1.106)
Login name: (empty)
password (empty).

Network folder navigation complaint with Versalink c405
We just installed our new Versalink c405 yesterday and while it's great to be able to navigate to and scan directly to network folders and subfolders, it's frustrating that once you scan to a particular folder, you have to return to the home screen, reset and reenter login credentials before you can scan to a different sub-folder. The initial navigation screen allows you to go back and forth between folders and sub-folders, but once you hit SCAN, there doesn't appear to be anyway to go back to the navigation screen. Am I missing something? I hope zerox can fix this in a future firmware update.

scanning to email using office365 account
Hi, i'm having trouble trying to configure and use the scan to email feature. The smtp server is office 365 and besides i had seen a few posts here with the same kind of problem, the solution sugested doesn't work for me. This is the settings i'm using:
- Server Address: smtp.office365.com
- Outgoing SMTP Port Number: 587
- Connection Security: STARTTLS
- SMTP Authenthication: SMTP AUTH
- SMTP AUTH User Name: [same as device email - valid office365 email account]
- Validation Type: On Device
I get "016-781" error!

Quality designation in scanning configuration menu for Documate 152 with PaperPort
Basic question that I can't find an answer to in the documentation. In the configuration menu what does the "quality" modifier mean? For example, what is the difference between "US Letter" and "Quality US Letter"? Is it about the quality of the paper, the quality of the original, the quality of the scan or something else entirely? How to update the firmware on the Xerox WorkCentre 5330
Hello. Please tell me how to reflash the Xerox WorkCentre 5330? I've tried everything, but the copier does not allow to flash to the latest version. Insert the USB drive with the firmware in the copier include, but nothing happens, there is a normal download. Now is version 53.30.11 want to put a new version 53.33.62
I would be very grateful if you answer in detail. Thanks in advance.

Altalink C8035 email address book entries from CWIS do not show up at printer
The software version is 100.001.057.09600 Printer is C8035 AltaLink:
When we add an email recipient from the Centerware interface into the address book it does not populate the address book at the machine. I am able to add an email address entry to the device address book from the control panel at the machine and it does show up in the Centerware interface but not the other way around. Has anyone come across this before??

Altalink C8035 Scan 1 File Per Page
When setting up workflow scanning in the web console, I can set a profile to scan 1 File Per Page. When a user tries to scan 1 File Per Page on the device interface, there isn't an option to do so. Older machines have had that option and we can't seem to find it. We are on the latest firmware version 100.001.057.09609. Is this not available at the console or are we missing something?

Xerox WorkCentre 3225 scanning resolution
Hello, I have this printer and accordning specifications this printer can scan up to 1200 dpi:
Scan via TWAIN/WIA, Scan to PC, Scan to WSD, Scan to Email, Up to 1200 x
1200 dpi (4800 x 4800 dpi enhanced) resolution, Colour, Black and white, 8-bit
Greyscale, PDF/JPEG/TIFF
However, I can't select more than 300 dpi (in WSD driver or in scan to pc settings).
My question is how I can scan in higher resolution with this machine?
